We charge a fee of $345.00 for all residential real estate closings, whether you are purchasing or selling your home. Simply fax the contract to our office (or ask your agent to fax the contract) and we are hired to serve you. Our fee is paid at the closing of your home, so there are no upfront costs.

Anna will personally attend all closings.

• Preparing closing documents, including Deed, Bill of Sale and Affidavit of Title
• Preparing closing figures
• Coordinating City stamps
• Ordering survey
• Ordering the title commitment
• Ordering mortgage payoff statements
• Ordering Association paid assessment letters
• Ordering/Facilitating final water readings
